Live At The Gardens, the most picturesque live music series, returns next week to the breathtaking Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne for its third spectacular season. This year, it brings five nights of live music, great food, fine wine, and good times under the stars.

Live At The Gardens has quickly become a highlight on Melbourne’s music calendar. This season features an unmissable lineup of homegrown and international artists. The event launches on Friday, 21 November, delivering five nights of unforgettable music in the stunning Observatory Precinct, right in the heart of the city.


From laughter and music trivia to epic Aussie rock, indie anthems, neon-lit dance floors, and timeless soulful classics, this season has it all. There is something for every music lover. Tickets are selling fast, so grab yours now from Ticketmaster before they’re all gone!


Event Lineup


RocKwiz Live – Friday 21 November


Australia’s favourite music quiz show brings the laughs, the live band, and the buzzers. Join hosts Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis, plus the RocKwiz Orkestra and some very special musical guests revealed on the night. Opening the show is powerhouse soul queen WILSN with her full band.


The Living End – Saturday 22 November


THE LIVING END are set to transform the Royal Botanic Gardens into a punk-rock playground for one unforgettable night. They will play two huge sets. The first set features tracks from their new album, I Only Trust Rock n Roll, along with anthems like White Noise, Who’s Gonna Save Us, and Roll On. The second set will showcase their iconic multi-platinum, self-titled debut in full, featuring hits like Prisoner of Society, All Torn Down, and Second Solution. Special guests include PRIVATE FUNCTION, THE PRIZE, and DJ THE KNAVE.


Franz Ferdinand – Friday 28 November


Scottish indie-rock legends FRANZ FERDINAND return with a set stacked full of hits, proving why Take Me Out is still one of the greatest riffs of the 21st century! This performance marks their only Victorian show. Expect big hooks, high energy, fan favourites, and all the classics! Special guests include TEENAGE DADS and DELIVERY.


Miami Horror, Sneaky Sound System and Bag Raiders – Saturday 29 November


Three pioneers of Australia’s electronic scene unite for a euphoric night of indie-pop, disco, and kaleidoscopic dancefloor bangers. MIAMI HORROR brings their We Always Had Tomorrow tour to Live At The Gardens, featuring very special guests SNEAKY SOUND SYSTEM and BAG RAIDERS. With full live sets from these popular party-starters, get ready to dance all night. DJs AROHA and JOEY LIGHTBULB will also join the party.


Songs From The Canyon – Sunday 30 November


California cool comes to Melbourne as SONGS FROM THE CANYON transport audiences to the golden age of Laurel Canyon. Here, music, melodies, and stories come together in perfect harmony. DAVEY LANE joins HUSKY GAWENDA, CHARM OF FINCHES, HANNAH CAMERON, STEPHEN GRADY, and DAN CHALLIS to pay tribute to icons like Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, The Mamas & The Papas, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Carole King, and more. Special guest FREYA JOSEPHINE HOLLICK will also perform.
