DRAB MAJESTY Announce Australia/Nz Tour

Carbon Sunset has today announced the return of LA synth-pop masters, Drab Majesty, to Australia and New Zealand in 2020.

Since 2015, Drab Majesty have steadily established themselves amongst the pantheon of dark wave greats, establishing a devoted fanbase worldwide with their singular hypnotic sound and mysterious, constantly-evolving presence. On their third full-length, this year’s critically acclaimed ‘Modern Mirror’, artist Deb Demure and their collaborator Mona D. looked to the landscapes of Athens and mythology of ancient Greece to bring a fresh twist to Drab Majesty’s post-punk-meets-science-fiction aesthetic.

Having made their live debut in Australia and New Zealand across an almost immediately sold out tour in support of The Black Queen back in January, Drab Majesty will make their second voyage down under in February, to give their ever-growing and surprisingly diverse followers the headline shows they’ve been yearning for.
