Paul McDermott and Gatesy release new single 'Stone Crows'

In celebration of their tour kicking off this Friday, two of Australia’s most adored satirists and singer-songwriters Paul McDermott (Doug Anthony All Stars) and Steven Gates (Tripod) have dropped their new single 'Stone Crows' under their recording name Bloody Lovelies.

'Stone Crows' is the first song they sang together about their mutual friend Nerija Zemkalnis who passed away in 2008. The poignant track was performed ten years ago when Paul and Gatesy were working and cavorting in comedy circles. Since then, they've played the song every time they are together as Nerija was the reason they connected in the first place.

The duo will be performing as part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival at The Garden of Unearthly Delightsfrom Friday 1 March - Sunday 10 March, as well as a special show at the Melbourne Recital Centreon Saturday 13 April presented by Penney & Logan as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Be sure to join Paul & Gatesy as they sing, saunter, haggle and harmonise live for your amusement!
